Responsible approach to nanotechnology

By utilizing the opportunities offered by nanotechnology in a responsible manner, Evonik gains access to new fields of business and supports sustainable development. However, products based on nanotechnology can only become firmly established if they are accepted by society and their benefits are recognized. We apply the five basic principles for responsible use of nanotechnologies defined by the German government’s NanoKommission, which we have integrated into our guideline on responsible handling of nanotechnology.
